Sharing your information with third parties who host Cityparents events
We share certain information with third party hosts of our events, including your first name, last name and company/firm name for the sole purpose of enabling the third party host to provide a registration list of event attendee names to their front desk security / reception desk, so names can be checked off as people enter their building. This use of your personal data is pursuant to the third party host’s legitimate interests in preventing unauthorised access to their premises and also our own legitimate interests in preventing unauthorised access to our event.
The details of each of our third party hosts are made clearly available on the “Events” booking section of our website (https://www.cityparents.co.uk/Events) before you register to attend an event, but if you have any queries or concerns in relation to the identity of the third party host or the information that we provide to them, then please contact us via email at email@example.com or by letter to our postal address below.
Your contact details are not provided to the third party host unless this is expressly stated to you in advance, and as all registration lists are destroyed once no longer required, the third party host should have no way of contacting you after the event, unless you personally provide the third party host with your contact details whilst attending the event and consent to their contacting you in the future.
