Gaining traction

Amazed at what's been achieved in the last 6 weeks. At the start of November, Citymothers was the wisp of an idea - the product of my own personal experience in keeping my career on track in the office, and my baby happy at home. Now, we are morphing into a dynamic and interactive network, with a membership base expanding daily and a rapidly increasing profile. Our steering comittee has been focused on planning events for 2013. Typically, the January launch event has taken the most time to organise, however we now have speakers organised for our first three events of 2013; January in the City, March in Canary Wharf and May in the City. A couple more details to confirm for January, then details and registration info (no charge to attend) will be on the website. We're not deliberately trying to build anticipation, but it promises to be a great event. So as its the end of year, I thought some acknowledgements were in order to those individuals and companies who have been especially helpful in the life of Citymothers so far. In no particular order, these go as follows: SJ Berwin, RBS, Jefferies, HSBC, State Street, Mastercard, E&Y, Ashurst, Freshfields, Norton Rose, Talking Talent, Educating Matters, Vanessa Vallely, Birgit Neu, Chris Parke, Victoria Younghusband, Toyin Ojo, Sara Hale, Marinella Salientes, Jo Burkhill, Ruby McGregor-Smith, Kim Ward, Laura Harrington. Thank you all. Can't wait for 2013.
