WorkLife Central aims to provide peer support to men and women balancing careers and families; to help members maintain career trajectory; and to provide a schedule of informative networking events at family-friendly times in the City and Canary Wharf, covering relevant topics. We currently have 4 strands of events:

Our 'Citycareers' events cover topics relevant to all City professionals including soft skills, career progression, networking, confidence, communication, leadership, and personal brand. 

Our 'Citywellbeing' events cover topics relevant to all City parents and professionals including wellbeing, mindfulness, mental health, stress management and physical health. 

Our 'Cityfamilies' events cover topics relevant to families, parents and step-parents, including the maternity/paternity transition, parental strategy, alternative family structures, and children’s education.

Our 'Citytech' events cover topics relevant to all City parents and professionals including digital education, internet awareness, the role of technology at home and at work, the future of work.
