Working Families' Best Practice Awards
The Working Families’ Best Practice Awards are open
How will City organisations fare in 2018?
Could your organisation be a Working Families’ Best Practice Employer in 2018? Working Families’ unique business awards for organisations who are building an exceptional flexible and employee-friendly working culture are now open.
Register now for your entry form. Closing date 23rd April 2018

In 2017, Barclays, Berwin Leighton Paisner, EY, Grant Thornton, JP Morgan and Lloyds Banking Group all reached the finals in an outstanding field. Enter the awards for your opportunity to join the list of 2018 finalists.

At the launch of the 2018 Awards Sarah Jackson OBE, chief executive of Working Families said:
“Working parents across the country tell us that they’re stalling their careers because they can’t get the balance they need for their families. But many employers have already recognised that a more supportive and flexible work culture enables them to make the most of the potential of the UK’s 11 million working parents. We want to showcase and celebrate the best practice which we know is happening in engaged, high-performing workplaces in all sectors, and look forward to being inspired by this year’s entries.”
