Jayne is a working mother and Registered Occupational Psychologist with a specialist focus on organisational development and change. Jayne designs and delivers global behavioural change initiatives for a wide range of industry sectors. She coaches and facilitates interventions across organisational levels. Through Parenting Point, Jayne aims to empower all parents by providing practical guidance and psychological support during times of personal and professional change. She works alongside organisations to create positive and inclusive performance cultures that encourage the development and growth of working parents.
Parenting Point’s Work. Life. Parent 1:1 coaching programmes and group workshops provide simple strategies and psychology tips targeting the anxieties, pressures and conflicting demands of working parenthood. Jayne is an HCPC & BPS Registered Psychologist, a Member of the Association for Coaching and a Certified Practitioner in several personality and emotional intelligence psychometric assessments. She is also an active Company Director of organisational development & change consultancy, Changing Point.
