Live Event Information

The Cityparents Live Programme contains several different event formats. Whilst all are held online, they range from passive to fully interactive. All of our live events range from 45 - 60 minutes. Read on to find out more, and what you can expect when you join our different types of online event.

Webinars

Cityparents Webinars are online presentations delivered by one of our expert speakers. They are relatively passive - you may ask question of the speaker via a chat box and participate in polls if you wish, but there is no need to.

Ask the Expert

Cityparents Ask The Expert sessions are informal, flexible and interactive. Members are encouraged to submit questions ahead of time to our events team. Time permitting, there may be the opportunity to chat to other members about the topic concerned.

Peer Support Groups

Informal, friendly and confidential, Peer Support Groups connect professionals who may be facing similar personal situations, experiences or challenges so they can support each other. Each group will be lightly facilitated by a Cityparents team member. There will be no ‘expert content’ and the focus of the group will be the sharing of personal experiences and provision of peer to peer support.
